Purcellville charm is one of the many gifts of Loudoun that you can experience this holiday season. This is one story in a series of 31 that highlight #LoudounPossible opportunities in the county. Check back every day in December to learn more!

One of the greatest gifts of the holiday season is togetherness. Going to a tree lighting, cheering on a parade, and perusing holiday markets with loved ones in tow can create memories to last a lifetime. As luck would have it, Purcellville has all of this and more, on top of being a historical, charming, and delightful little town.

Located in the bustling and economically diverse downtown, Purcellville Train Station, the oldest train station in Loudoun County, is incorporated into the holiday events that the town offers this year. Residents and visitors should also explore the town to discover the work of local artists who hand-painted holiday ornaments, depicting various aspects of the charismatic community.  In addition, Purcellville is hosting a holiday tree lighting, parade, market, and lights tour for everyone to enjoy. What better way to make memories this holiday season!
