Dave has 20 years of executive leadership and coaching experience, international recognition for urban and town center revitalization, credentialed in economic development and entrepreneurial ecosystem development, and distinguished military service.

In 2022, Dave became certified as an economic developer earning the prestigious CEcD designation.  In 2023, Dave earned the Entrepreneurship Development Professional (EDP) designation after passing the exam in October. In 2024, he completed the High-Performance Leadership Academy, a program of the National Association of Counties (NACO) and the International City Manager’s Association (ICMA).
