December 6: TTM – Once You’re Here, You’re Home

Early in 2022, TTM, one of Loudoun’s largest specialized manufacturers, signed a 15-year lease extension in their 100,898 square foot Sterling headquarters at 1200 E Severn Way, Sterling, Virginia 20166. Loudoun Department of Economic Development staff helped broker discussions that led to a joint venture between TTM and the building owner, resulting in a new capital investment of $3,500,000 into the facility and the retention of 368 jobs, with an additional 25 new jobs created.
