- On March 5, the Loudoun Board of Supervisors voted to implement a $500,000 grant from the Governor’s Opportunity Fund to the Telos Corporation. This business incentive, which will be conveyed through the county’s Economic Development Authority, is playing a major role in keeping Telos and its current 240 employees in Loudoun: Performance Agreement Inked in Telos Expansion Deal.
