Five successful Loudoun entrepreneurs outlined their paths to success on Executive Leaders Radio, one of the most popular business radio shows on the East Coast. You can listen online to the archived interviews of show guests.

Brian Chavis is one of the business owners profiled on the show. Chavis is the CEO of ARGroup in Dulles, Virginia, and is also the chair of the Loudoun County Economic Development Authority. On the broadcast, Chavis discusses the difference between being a mentor and a coach. His interview starts around the 27-minute mark.

Bonnie Sewell is a third-generation woman business owner and has an office in Leesburg. The CEO of American Capital Planning, Sewell is a Certified Divorce Financial Planner and the author of “Love-Jacked: Divorce Your Spouse, Not Your Money.” Sewell’s interview kicks off the broadcast.

The President and General Manager of Endless Summer Harvest, Mary Ellen Taylor has a thriving hydroponic farm in Purcellville. She reveals to Executive Leaders Radio listeners that one of her customers lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C. Taylor’s interview starts after minute 39 of the broadcast.

Jim McDermott is the cofounder and president of Madison Wealth Management in Leesburg. In his interview, McDermott explains that his company’s environment is so positive, there has not been any personnel turnover in 10 years. McDermott’s interview is around minute 32 on the broadcast.

Steigerwald, Gordon and Koch is a wealth management firm in Leesburg that was cofounded by John Steigerwald. Fast-forward to right before the 11-minute mark to hear Steigerwald’s interview, in which he describes how growing up in Canada gives him an international focus that benefits his clients.
