Join us on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for an exclusive hiring event with PINSTACK at the Loudoun Workforce Resource Center!

PINSTACK is currently hiring dependable team members for part-time opportunities based out of their location in Sterling, VA.

Position Details:

1. Server

• Pay: Guaranteed $12.77/hr state minimum floor ($3.00–$5.00 base + tips), with average earnings scaling to $20+ per hour.an hour in additional tip income)
• Schedule: Part-time, 20–30 hours per week (W-2 Permanent)
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Food Handler and proper alcohol certifications required.
• Description: PINSTACK features a full-service restaurant, two bars, a year-round patio, and lane-side dining. Friendly, attentive, and helpful waitstaff ensure guests have a wonderful dining experience, including the sales and service of alcohol in accordance with state mandates.

2. Bartender

• Pay: Guaranteed $12.77/hr state minimum floor ($3.00–$5.00 base + tips), with average earnings scaling to $20+ per hour.an hour in additional tip income)
• Schedule: Part-time, 20–30 hours per week (W-2 Permanent)
• Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Food Handler and proper alcohol certifications required.
• Description: Preparing and serving craft cocktails, a wide selection of draft beers and wine, and a premium liquor selection is at the heart of what bartenders do. You will also serve food and interact directly with guests to create an engaging and entertaining dining experience.
