The Northern Virginia Community College’s Spring 2026 Collegewide Career Fair will be held on Thursday, April 9th, from 11:00AM – 2:00PM (EST) at the Ernst Gym on the Annandale Campus.
This event aims to connect diverse group of employers seeking to fill job openings and other professional opportunities with students and alumni from a wide range of majors and programs.
Employers from all industries and geographic regions are welcome to apply to participate. The fair aims to offer students access to a diverse range of internship and summer opportunities.

NOVA’s in-person Collegewide Career Fair offers students the chance to connect face-to-face with employer representatives in a professional setting. Students will be able explore job openings and learn about different career pathways across various industries.
Students are encouraged to review participating employers, explore available jobs, and upload a resume in advance to enhance their visibility with recruiters.
Dress professionally for the fair. While this may not be a formal interview, making a strong first impression is key to a successful networking experience.
