“Open Doors to Opportunity” – A Job Fair for Justice Impacted Virginians

What can I expect?
- You will have the opportunity to staff a “virtual booth” online, chat with and interview job seekers via one-on-one video, provide webinar-style presentations about your organization, and follow-up with applicants directly on your Applicant Tracking System.
How do I register and set up my virtual booth?
- You will need to set up your virtual booths before Early Access begins on April 28th at 10:00 A.M.
- New to the Premier Virtual Program? Go to the “Organization Training-Booth Set Up/Registration/Best
Practices” video for instructions on getting set up. - Need to know more? Training resources and technical assistance are a click away on your dashboard in the Help
menu under training. You can also email Hiring.Events@virginiaworks.gov to join an upcoming office hours session for real-time help with our team.
What do I need to do before the event?
- Create job postings for your booth (up to 99 postings)
