Ready Together VA

Virginia is launching a new cost sharing program to help employers support their employee’s child care costs. Lawmakers passed legislation to create this program in 2026. Many partners are coming together to build this program. These partners include state leaders, Ready Regions, employers, child care providers, and families. Together, we want to build a program that helps communities, families, and business.

Join us for a webinar to learn more about Virginia’s new Employee Child Care Assistance Program. Participants will learn how the program is taking shape, why child care is an important workforce issue, what participation could mean for their organization, and what they can begin considering now. The session will also provide an opportunity to ask questions, share feedback, and learn about individualized support available to employers interested in further exploring participation.
