Air Force General (ret.) Ron Keys to Teach Business Leaders How to ‘Lead Like A General’
Loudoun County’s Department of Economic Development, along with Virginia’s Economic Development Partnership, the National Conference Center, and with the Mosby Heritage Area Association, is proud to present, “Lead Like a General,” a one-day leadership development conference on May 10, 2013.
Lead Like a General analyzes case studies in the art of command and the actual Ball’s Bluff guided battlefield tour to achieve modern insights addressing today’s challenges of situational awareness and intelligence, planning, tactics, communications, staff-team-leadership integration, frictional resistance, adaptability, crisis decisiveness, execution and accountability.
The keynote speaker will be Air Force General (ret.) Ron Keys. General Keys retired from the Air Force in 2007 after completing a career of over forty years and command of eight different organizations. Under his leadership, the Air Combat Command organized and stood up the Air Force’s first Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Wing and first Network Warfare Wing.
In addition to numerous professional military education courses, Gen Keys has participated in the National and International Security Seminar, JFK School of Government, Harvard, as well as Leadership in the Peak, Center for Creative Leadership, in Colorado Springs. General Keys currently resides in Woodbridge, Virginia and owns RK Solution Enterprises, and independent consultancy.
