We’re pleased to announce a new survey to gather employers’ opinions on the opportunities and challenges related to their workforce.  To make this effort a success, it’s essential to hear from as many Loudoun employers as possible! Please take the Loudoun County Workforce Survey and let us know about your current workforce, attracting new employees, and your employee training needs.

Why are we doing a workforce study?

It’s part of our holistic approach to economic development as we prepare for the coming of the Silver Line Metrorail and the long-term economic success of the county. In knowledge-based economies like Loudoun County, the quality and availability of workers is a top condition in attracting, growing, and keeping businesses.  This survey not only asks questions about worker skills and training, but also the quality of life amenities that are essential in attracting and keeping top talent. These amenities will be especially important in attracting the young workers that are heading to Loudoun.

Your response is needed to make our effort a success!

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and the results will be presented to the Board of Supervisors’ Economic Development Committee and be used to inform policies and programs. We know you are very busy and we thank you for spending a moment to assist us with this effort!

Take the survey now.
