Business keeps booming in Loudoun County, Virginia, home to 29 of the nation’s fastest-growing companies, according to the 2019 Inc. 5000 list.

The annual Inc. 5000 list is a ranking of percentage revenue growth for privately-owned companies over the most recent three-year period.

Loudoun in Previous Years: 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014

Two Loudoun companies, Oseth Group and Lakarya, experienced more than 1,000 percent growth since 2015. They were joined by two other companies, ARM Consulting and The Building People, on the elite Inc. 500 list.

“These companies represent a cross-section of Loudoun’s diverse economy, showing rapid growth in industries from high tech to farm wineries, government contracting to real estate,” said Loudoun Economic Development’s Executive Director Buddy Rizer. “The exponential growth of our businesses proves that, for any kind of company, revenue growth is #LoudounPossible.”

This year’s list highlights nine businesses for the first time, with an average growth of more than 600 percent. Ranked in order of growth:

• Oseth Group
• Lakarya
• Pearson Smith Realty
• Softrams
• Weris
• CoSolutions
• Adeptus Solutions
• Data Storage Science
• 2020 Teknology

Additionally, 19 Loudoun companies made the list again, with four celebrating a sixth-straight year on the list: Lowers Risk Group, Marathon TS, WheelsOnSite USA, and Sriven Technologies.

Rhythmic Technologies, which recently expanded its footprint in the county, credited the Loudoun business environment for making the list a third-consecutive year.

Another company, Dfuse Technologies, made the list for the third time, but for the first time since 2015.

“We love to see businesses appear on the list for many years in a row as an indication of sustained growth,” Rizer added, noting that Unanet, founded in 1988, made the list for a second-straight year.

These 29 companies combined for more than $500 million in revenue last year alone. Rapid growth companies are also important for job creation, as these all-stars combine to employ more than 3,000 people.
