Jen Polt is a confidence coach, speaker, host, and founder of Glossed World — a global community empowering midlife women to reclaim their voice and move boldly into their next chapter. Becky Harris is a Chemical Engineer and Master Distiller at Catoctin Creek Distillery. In 2009, she and her husband, Scott Harris, combined their engineering and business backgrounds to build a distillery focused on creating the finest Virginia Rye Whisky from grain to glass. Catoctin Creek has been featured in numerous publications, including the New York Times, Washington Post, Wine Enthusiast, and Whisky Advocate. The Daily Beast, Forbes, and Men’s Journal have highlighted the distillery as an example of great American craft distilleries making whisky from scratch. Becky was given the Legacy Achievement Award in the inaugural 2023 Women of Whiskey Awards by Bourbon Women, and has been featured in Food and Wine as one of “6 Women in Whiskey to Watch.” Becky also serves as Chair of Government Affairs and immediate Past President of the American Craft Spirits Association, the nonprofit trade association for craft spirits producers, and serves on the Board of Directors of STEPUP, the Spirits Training Entrepreneurship Program for Underrepresented Professionals.

Nandini Selvam is the CEO and Co-Founder of The South Asian Herald, a news media outlet focused on the South Asian diaspora. Since its foundation in 2024, The South Asian Herald has positioned itself as the prime media outlet for the diaspora community, reaching more than 95,000 readers monthly, with a focus on the DMV area.

Nandini is also the VP and GM at IQVIA, a Fortune 300 multinational health services company.  A trained epidemiologist, Nandini has worked extensively across disease areas including vaccines, infectious diseases, chronic conditions, and global and domestic health policy. Her career spans five sectors of health, and she has also served as a Commissioned Corps Officer in US Public Health Service, during her tenure as an Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) Officer or “Disease Detective”, the oldest federal fellowship in the US.

Nandini holds a PhD in epidemiology and biostatistics, a Master of Public Health in urban populations & environmental health, and health policy, and a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology and biochemistry from Rutgers University.

Dr. Valerie Woo is a pediatric dentist, entrepreneur, and founder of NOVA Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Ashburn, Virginia. A Loudoun County business owner for over 20 years, she built NOVAPDO from the ground up into a thriving, community-centered practice known for exceptional patient care, strong relationships, and a deep commitment to serving local families.

Originally from the Washington, DC area, Dr. Woo earned her undergraduate degree in biology with honors from the University of Maryland, College Park. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine, cum laude, from Harvard School of Dental Medicine and completed her pediatric dental residency at Children’s Hospital Boston in 2005. She then returned to Northern Virginia to build her practice, raise her family, and establish deep roots in Loudoun County.

Dr. Woo is the proud mother of four children and is deeply engaged in the community both personally and professionally. Outside the office, she can often be found running Loudoun County’s streets and trails, cheering on her children at football and soccer games, supporting local businesses and schools, and enjoying the county’s many restaurants and wineries with family and friends. Her passion for leadership, entrepreneurship, and community connection continues to shape both her work and her life in Loudoun.
